Quotable Quotes: Suggestion Box

Just a recommendation:

"E says: If the Dos and Donts are only suggestions, does that mean I can start reselling some pretty scarves I bought in Morocco last year, and also start listing my shoes from last season that I don't wear anymore?

M says: If you did start selling those, you'd probably end up in a front page treasury....."

You quote me again?! Does this make me an EtsyBitch favourite? So I'll end up an EB Featured Seller? You'll talk me up in The Dorque? You'll send my carp to magazine editors? And when I outsource a lot of the work, you'll overlook that fact?

*off to hire some oompa loompas*

yep, just like Etsy we like 'pie' :)

Actually a good quote is a good quote regardless of who says it!

We stalk the forums, take in tips, and watch with 20 eyes for the perfect statement of vulgar reality.

Don't hold back folks, keep telling it like it is!

OMFG I have flagged *sooo* many 'handwoven' (yeah, in sweatshops!) scarves that are being resold for about $10 - with the seller saying *in their shop announcement* they are reselling... It just makes me sad. :( (And really pissed off!!)

Yep Meringueshop, you caught me. I have a Quote Crush on you, Windy, and a few others because you come up with some of the best zingers.

The written equivalent of a bitch slap. How can I resist?

Yep, we love Meringue the most.

Keep an eye out for the EB Gift Guides, coming soon - chock full of Meringue wristlets. And don't complain if we don't include more people. We've found someone we like, so our work here is done.

We will, however, post a request for your suggestions for items to be featured in the "Lovers of Conjoined Twin Drawings, Bunnies and T-Shirts with Misspelled French Phrases" guide.
