Quotables: Where to begin?

Good question

....if you were part of the Etsy Admin for a day, what glitch or problem would you solve that would have the greatest impact on the Etsy community?

Where would you begin?

I would begin by painting my nails coral.

I'd work on better customer service, including regular and respectful communication with ALL site users, in writing.

And follow through. Follow through.

Communicate with the masses in the forums. Just answering a question (honestly) would go a long way to calming everyone I think. Myself, I hate nothing more than being ignored when asking a legitimate question. Just answer the question please.

I'm sure there are other ideas that are better but I'd sure like to see this done for just one day.

I think the biggest problem is the Etsy admin itself. I would begin by barging in to Maria's office and asking her which staff she will be replacing. She must know how inefficient most of them are and the reputations they hold within the Etsy sellers community. I am sure this would not take all day as I would surely be kicked out of the office immediately..

Oh, where to start. Maybe change the front page so we don't see the same handbag and pair of earrings on the front page every time we sign in? After that, send a mass mail to all other admin and tell them to pretend that we don't know that this is happening even though people justifiably bitch about it on the fora.

Man, they already got rid of Revolving Dork, so I don't know? Maybe get rid of some of the other admins who have disrespected customers publicly, or are useless in general.

Ha ha! Just kidding. I'd make some waffles, play some Guitar Hero... hang out and invite my friends to the labs to cut out felt shapes.
