We finally set up a facebook fan page, please mozie your asses over and like us or fan us or whatever so we can get a fucking awesome url set.

The company reflects his personality 100%; the only way they will change is if it's sold, or they get a new CEO and he entirely leaves. As Warren Buffet says, though, changing a company's culture is essentially impossible. It's pretty useless to bitch when the people who make decisions on Etsy are completely unconcerned about the sellers on the site.
They have their moneymaker, and everything else is invisible to them.

I do like a good bitch, but Etsy is just too damned SSDD to bother with anymore. Like a lot of people, my energies are spent elsewhere.
