"I suggest that you fix what is broken, replace it if you can, or remove it from your site if you cannot repair it. Anything less is a sign of a business that cares very little for it's reputation and it's customers."
Bravo!

I know... I think I'm gonna cry.
We need some forum comment awards.
this reminds me of that alchemy link that was "broken" for what, a year?
Etsy needs to put on their big boy pants and make some formal announcements about what's in store for site upgrades this year.
The competition is catching up. They seem to be in your forums too, learning your shortcomings. They pitch their sites as the answer to Etsy woes right on their front pages.
Etsy, I love you guys, imperfections and all, but this is getting embarrassing and a little scary. For the love of pete, wake up!
Wow, how true.
Hear hear, Forum Comment awards...
I want to be the Katherine Heigle of Comment awards nominees "I have to deline this nomination because Etsy is running things so well now I had no material this season from which to craft truly brilliant Forum Comments..."
You mean, I can list broken jewelry and have a good shop? Hmph. :)
I'm going to second that impetuous said. I, too, love that Etsy is around. Sometimes I get a bit uneasy when I read what some people say here because of how honest it might be? But yeah, things have got to stay fixed or come down while they are getting fixed.
That comment is one of the best things I've ever read in the forums. Sadly, it will be ignored or written off as more grumpy hatred.
Rich.
Love it ;)
Myabe they can they can magically fix everything with dry ice, pies, & swimmies? I'll keep my eye on youtube for the mind bending videos sure to come...
