Don't let the door hit you in the ass on the way out

****THIS JUST IN****

Ulljasbeads, the Etsy seller who was claiming other people's work as her own, and whose sold listings were edited after the sale by Etsy, has been hit with Ye Olde Bricke Walle.

Buh-bye!

FINALLY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Gee, that didn't take too long, did it?

Who wants to place a bet on the amount of time it takes her to return with a new shop name and the same old scam?

That's wonderful, but a little surprising.....

I thought after all the scandals and bad publicity Etsy was embarrassment proof but apparently they're not.

Bitching works!

I think she vastly underestimated how prepared people were/are to follow through (remember her Yahoo site's "Bring it on."?

We'll be watching.

news to me... what's the story about this yahoo site "bring it on."?? did the bead seller in question have that site? is the title implying that she was blatantly breaking rules and proud of it?

So glad they are taking a positive step toward making things better :)

It's about freaking time. *sigh*

www.ullja-s.com is the site, j.hart.

The "bring it on" appeared on the front page, under her featured bead, a few days ago. Then she added how much fun she was having doing those beads.

Unfortunately, customers didn't agree. :-)

"Then she added how much fun she was having doing those beads."

We all know she wasn't MAKING these beads so does DOING the beads mean what I think it means or do I just have a filthy and perverted mind?

I was just catching up on the monster thread over at Lampwork Etc (there are some very happy glass people over there!) and someone posted this link.

I may be confused but didn't she claim that she already had lawyers? And if so, why is she soliciting legal advice on a website?

HAHAHA, that is awesome. Hopefully her sneaky butt won't find another way in by using a different sellers name.

I hope Etsy will continue to shut her down when she simply comes up with a new username in 5 minutes...But, then again since Etsy requires no info on people, and then subsequently drags their ass on resolving fraud when the squeaky wheel chimes in...who knows how long she will stay gone? I hope this is the end of her though.

I wonder if Etsy closed her shop because of the fraud or the bad publicity. Either way, I'm glad it's closed but it took way too long!!!

This is the same Ulljas that sold cookies? That shop is gone too. Hmm...wonder if those were really hers.

Anonymous said...

of course the cookies were hers! she was in italy making beads in the fashion capital of the world. at he very same time, she was making the cookies in her bakery in Texas (the one that closed last Fall.) pretty simple math. 2+2=5.

The fraudster is at it again, this time making up accusations against people to get their websites shut down. She's been unsuccessful for the most part, but managed to shut one site down for a few hours and has started a blog to gloat about her little victory:
